Discrete dynamical systems with several independent variables with emphasis
on difference equations with several independent variables. Qualitative
properties of their solutions, mainly for the linear case, and their applications
in multidimensional systems theory, in processing multidimensional discrete
signals, in numerical solutions of partial differential equations, and
in analysis of other models in finite and discrete mathematics.
